Reflections Forms & Resources

These are the guides, forms, and resources available to the local unit Reflections Chairperson. Each chairperson is responsible for submitting the entries to the Tenth District and must include the following:

• Completed Student Entry Form for each Art Entry
• Each School must turn in a Local PTA Unit Participation Form (includes total number of entries being submitted)
• All entries must be brought in an Art Portfolio Bag
