SUMMARY:Insurance Premium – Pay Directly to Association Insurance Management (AIM)
DESCRIPTION:Between now and when the new insurance portal opens in early October, here are a few items to complete:\n\n\nInclude the insurance premium in your annual budget, including any optional coverage if purchased\nRelease funds and authorize the payment for the insurance premium so that you may pay the premium as soon as the online insurance portal is open, thus avoiding unnecessary late fees\n\nIn early October, the president will receive an email from AIM with a link to the secure and free online AIM insurance portal to pay the insurance premium. Within the online insurance portal, optional additional insurance can be purchased. Payments can be made online via EFT (recommended), credit card, or you can mail a check directly to AIM.\nThe insurance premium payment must be received by AIM no later than January 4, 2026, or a $50 late fee will apply. The certificate of insurance will be provided immediately after the payment and required signed affidavit are received by AIM.\n\n\n
